  • Shipping & Delivery
  • For U.S. shipments: The GEN-U-BIN ships within the United States and U.S. territories, including Alaska and Hawaii.

    The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier. We are not responsible for parcels that do not reach their destination after USPS tracking and confirmation proves they were shipped to the address on file for that order.

    We make every attempt to ship quickly. Normally that would be within 3 business days.

    Orders received after 11 am Central Time may not begin to be processed until the following day.

    We use carriers that are the least expensive -this saves you money. That means at this time USPS will be handling the delivery of your purchase.

    The difference between USPS Priority and Parcel Post is now usually less than 30 cents.

    As of November 1st 2009, we have removed the Parcel Post option for U.S. territories.

    Postage rates are the actual USPS Priority rates.

  • Return Policy
  • We will accept returns on units THAT HAVE NOT BEEN INSTALLED and are in like-new condition within a period of 15 days of the original purchase date.

    Under the above conditions the actual purchase price refund will be issued -less the original shipping, processing and handling fee and your return postage.

    We inspect every unit for defects before shipping.

    If for some reason you believe that your product is defective, please contact us as soon as possible.

    Call or email our customer service and describe the reason for the return. (See email and phone # info below in the Miscellaneous Heading ).

    You will provided with an RMA number.

    Package the merchandise and write your RMA# legibly on the side.

    Ship the box to us. When the merchandise arrives it will be processed in the manner discussed by you and the rep (exchange, refund, etc.).

    All returns must display an RMA number on the package. We will not accept returns without an RMA number! All returns must be sent prepaid via parcel post or UPS.

    Returned items should be packed as well as when they were received by you.

    No returns over 30 days from the invoice date will be accepted. No exceptions.

    We reserve the right to deny a refund on items damaged by the customer during installation or return shipping.

    We package our products in sturdy containers. We are not responsible for merchandise damaged in shipping en route to the customer.

    We will only make refunds to the card name and numbers used in the original tranaction. No exceptions.

    Credit Card:

    We can take your information over the phone, (we accept Visa and Mastercard).



    Paypal:

    We can Paypal invoice you for amount owed, or you can send your payment to our Paypal address.



    Check:

    We can invoice you the amount owed and you have 30 days to pay.



    Credit Card orders will require a facsimile of all pertinent details, including card holder name, billing address, card number, expiration date, security code and signature of card holder.



    Orders can only be shipped to the card holder at the billing address.

    You may ship items to separate mailing addresses ONLY by placing separate orders for each destination. No exceptions.



    We do not accept Money Orders or send out COD orders.

    Prices are subject to change.

    Shipping will be combined on multiple units.

    Items will be shipped in the same carton when possible to save you shipping costs.

    Dealer pays actual shipping costs.



    For dealer volume discounts the minimum order is four (4) units.
